MCSC's Impactful Youth Initiatives
Inspiring Tomorrow's Builders with our Trade Up Micro-website for Manitoba Youth.
Inspiring Tomorrow's Builders
MCSC actively engages with provincial and First Nation operated school divisions and schools, reaching out to teachers, counselors, and students. Our involvement also extends to community centers, where we connect with local communities and provide valuable insights into construction careers. We actively participate in career fairs and construction expos, creating opportunities to showcase the diverse and rewarding paths within the construction industry. Through these initiatives, we aim to inspire and inform youth about the possibilities in construction, fostering a connection between their educational journey and potential future careers in the field.
