Description

The Manitoba Construction Sector Council partners with Indigenous communities, outreach agencies, and construction companies to deliver a three-week job readiness program.

The program is designed for the new entrant or construction labourer. Participants learn about the expectations of construction companies and how to retain employment. Training occurs in the community where the student will be employed.

Clients who successfully complete the program will be introduced and laddered to other training opportunities.
