Help Lead the Change Toward Respectful, Inclusive Workplaces

The construction industry—and many others—are at a crossroads. With labour shortages growing and women making up only 3% of job site roles, fostering respectful, inclusive workplaces isn’t just the right thing to do—it’s essential to building a stronger, more sustainable workforce.

We invite you to register for: Be More Than a Bystander (Train-the-Trainer) – Men’s Session

A leadership-focused training session designed for male-identifying participants, offering practical tools to promote safe, respectful workplaces—and the ability to deliver this impactful training within your own organization.

Why It Matters:

Expand your workforce: Women make up half the population, yet remain underrepresented in many sectors, including construction and skilled trades. Creating welcoming environments is key to attracting and retaining talent.

Build a culture of safety and respect: A truly safe workplace goes beyond compliance—it values psychological safety, inclusion, and dignity for all workers.

Equip your leaders: This Train-the-Trainer session provides practical strategies to recognize and interrupt disrespectful behaviours, foster peer accountability, and lead culture change from within.

Who Should Attend:

This session is designed for male-identifying leaders, supervisors, HR professionals, and workers from all industries who want to take an active role in shaping an inclusive workplace culture. Participants will leave with the tools and confidence to facilitate this program internally.

Why This Session is Peer-Based

This session is intentionally designed for male participants to encourage honest, peer-to-peer conversation. Experience has shown that participants engage more openly and meaningfully in this environment, creating space for deeper reflection, accountability, and action.

Let’s Lead the Change Together
Break down barriers. Build a culture of respect. Help create a workplace where everyone feels safe, valued, and supported.
