Principal Duties
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize a range of hand and power tools proficiently, including drills, nailers, pumps etc.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at construction sites, performing tasks such as sweeping floors and removing debris.
Perform general maintenance duties, including installing signage, pumping basements, and installing construction locks.
Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated work areas.
Assist in dismantling and removing concrete forms, as well as reinstalling ramps as necessary.
Adhere to instructions provided by Site Supervisors with diligence.
Prioritize safety by following all on-site procedures and promptly reporting any violations to management.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Proficient in verbal and written/oral communication in English.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Two or more years of construction experience.
Maintains excellent physical condition.
Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrates reliability, diligence, and punctuality.
