Reporting to the Regional Communications Business Partner, as the Regional Communications and
Marketing Assistant you will support the execution of various internal communication and marketing
plans across the Manitoba and Saskatchewan Region.

Principal Duties
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Designing, creating, and scheduling daily social media posts according to the brand’s tone and
style.
• Drafting and designing content for editorial channels and other communication materials to
ensure alignment with brand’s guidelines.
• Assisting with internal and external content management, ensuring the scheduling and
publishing of employee communications and posts.
• Assisting with any other ongoing tasks, managing employee events, and performing
administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of communications or marketing related experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word,Excel, Teams, SharePoint and
PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), or similar software.
• Skilled in using Social Media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook), as well as video
editing and graphic design software such as CapCut and Canva.
