Job Description

Drone Operator – Surveyor

Principal Duties

What does your day look like?

  • Complete drone surveys and work closely with the Survey Manager to ensure all daily assignments are met.
  • Create production reports to share results with the Operations Team.
  • Coordinate with Project Management and Quarry Supervision for measurements.
  • Tracking aggregate production using Aerial Photogrammetry Drone or GPS methods.
  • Perform “Take-Offs for current or upcoming project estimating & quantities.
  • InveContory Quantity tracking and volume calculations

Qualifications

  • Construction or Drone Survey Experience 1- 3 years recommended
  • Class 5F Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract
  • Data Prep and Strong Computer Skills
  • Layout for Roadway and Structure Projects knowledge
  • Basic and /or Advance Drone Pilot Operations Licence recommended
  • Aerial Mapping utilizing Drone Technology Platforms
