Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in written/oral communication in the English language
- Valid driver license is an asset, but not required
- Work at heights (scaffolding, climb up to 40ft ladders, etc.)
- Work extended hours, as applicable (early start times, late end times, work longer than 10hrs per day, weekend work, etc.)
- Physically fit
- Able to lift and/or carry up to a maximum of 90lbs
- Able to pull (ripping roofs, hand hoist, setting rolls, etc.)
- Able to push (wheel barrows, equipment, brooms, mops, etc.)
- Work under several weather conditions (wind, cold, heat, dust, etc.)
- Commitment to quality and safety
- Must be alert and resourceful and be able to interact with a cross section of individuals
- Must be able to demonstrate patience and perseverance, and embrace change when it occurs
