Principal Duties
- Construction Tasks:Â Construct and dismantle formwork for walls, columns, and slabs according to project specifications.
- Concrete Work:Â Place and finish vertical concrete, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Collaboration:Â Work closely with experienced supervisors and team members to ensure project success.
- Formwork Systems:Â Utilize various formwork systems efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Formwork Experience:Â 3-4 years of experience in formwork carpentry, with a strong understanding of construction principles.
- Concrete Skills:Â Proficiency in pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete.
- Adaptability:Â Ability to adapt to various formwork systems and construction challenges.
- Tool Proficiency:Â Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools used in concrete construction.
- Attention to Detail:Â Ability to read and interpret standard formwork drawings.
- Dependability:Â Reliable attendance and a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
- Fast-Paced Work:Â Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
