Experienced Painters take the lead role on job sites, ensuring our fine home and commercial projects are carried out in a professional and efficient manner. They are versatile; skilled at spraying, rolling, brushing, and patching. They are good with people, both inside the company and out. They naturally connect with our clients, in a friendly, warm, welcoming and professional manner. They are detail oriented, efficient, and experienced in various painting and coating applications. They demonstrate our value to clients by confidently revealing a remarkable finished product.

We rely on our Experienced Painters to act as ambassadors of our company, demonstrate our company values, and provide clean, professional and efficient painting services to clients.

What we offer:

-We offer a competitive wage and a bonus structure based upon the quality of the work and the speed at which you complete it.

-We do everything from commercial to high end homes to apartment suites to shipping containers.

Perks :$600 SIGNING BONUS – $50 dollars upon signing, $200 after 1 month and $350 after 3 months

Principal Duties

We are looking for painters who:

-Have at least 3 years of dedicated painting experience.

-Are skilled at spraying, rolling, brushing, and patching.

-Can connect with our clients, in a friendly, and professional manner.

-Detail oriented, efficient, and experienced in various painting and coating applications.

-Confidently perform final walk-throughs.

Requirements

-Product and industry knowledge in residential, commercial and industrial painting

-Open minded, striving to be better, learn new skills.

-Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, subject to a screening of driver’s abstract

-Data-paid smartphone to use our job site phone app.

-Able to meet the physical demands of the nature of work, ex. Climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.

-Strong in written/spoken English.
