Job Description
The Construction Labourer position at A&S Homes involves assisting with various construction tasks on job sites, including material handling, site cleaning, and equipment operation. The role requires physical stamina, a willingness to work in all weather conditions, and the ability to follow safety protocols.

Principal Duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a range of hand and power tools proficiently, including drills, nailers, pumps etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at construction sites, performing tasks such as sweeping floors and removing debris.
- Perform general maintenance duties, including installing signage, pumping basements, and installing construction locks.
- Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated work areas.
- Assist in dismantling and removing concrete forms, as well as reinstalling ramps as necessary.
- Adhere to instructions provided by Site Supervisors with diligence.
- Prioritize safety by following all on-site procedures and promptly reporting any violations to management.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proficient in verbal and written/oral communication in English.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Two or more years of construction experience.
- Maintains excellent physical condition.
- Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrates reliability, diligence, and punctuality.
