EmpowHer is a first-of-its-kind multi-sector, collaborative project designed to prepare women for employment in the construction, film, or manufacturing industries in Manitoba. The goal of this project is to work with female and female-identifying participants to develop the requisite skills for successful entry into underrepresented, entry-level occupations in one of the three sectors.
