In 2012, the Manitoba Construction Sector Council collaborated with industry partners to revise the Advanced Construction Supervisor Course. This course helps senior construction supervisors and company owners learn to better address the complex human resource issues that are part of a contemporary workforce. Leading a workforce at a senior level requires superior management skills, great communication skills, knowledge of human resource legislation and practices, and the ability to create positive change as a means of strengthening your company.
After completing this course (16 modules) and the course quiz, participants receive a certificate and transcript from the Manitoba Construction Sector Council.
