  2. Supervisors must know that they are being watched, they therefore need to be exemplary, and model what they want to see.
    Supervisors must be knowledgeable if they must be respected and be successful.
    Providing feedback, praise and correction in a timely and honest manner is the responsibility of the supervisor.

  3. Supervisor should know very well the project where he/she is working on it as well (purpose, budget, standars of quality, deadlines)

  4. Supervisor should have in-depth knowledge of the project and should be able to organize his time to achieve success within time and costs without compromising quality.

  5. Supervisors are goal-geters by using all the resources available to get the job done at the stipulated time within the cost in accordance to specifications/drawing irrespective of the challenges. He must be a win-win leader to achieve this.
