  1. Supervisors need soft skills to be able to effectively do their duties.
    Supervisors need the 7 C’s of communication; be clear, concise, considerate, concrete, correct, complete, and courteous when communicating and your team must get the information clearly, especially in the terrain where some people’s first language might not be English.

  2. Supervisor need soft skill in this role. Supervisor should be able to communicate effectively. Supervisor statements should be concise and specific and ensure that the team understand him clearly. Their must not be any ambiguity in his statements.
